The IIT 2011 Global Conference welcomes all Attendees

The IIT 2011 Global Conference is open to all interested participants and attendees from industry, academia and government, including alumni of the Indian Institutes of Technology, from around the world. Attendees always include many non-IITians and spouses who have found the event to be very rewarding from a networking and learning standpoint.

Visit the Hotels & Transit page for information about hotel rooms at special rates for Conference attendees. Airport transfer options are also listed.  Please note that the PanIIT organizing committee is not arranging for airport transportation.

Letter confirming registration for Visa application

PanIIT USA can provide a letter of invitation to facilitate visa applications. Attendees who need such a letter should write to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Since visa requirements can and do change over time, PanIIT can only provide a letter on a best-efforts basis, and note that attendees have to make their own arrangements to pay for travel and registration costs.

Bringing Children

Children under the age of 16 are regrettably not allowed to register or attend the Conference.
